Ciao a tutti! In questo video vedremo perché il 90% degli investitori calcola male il rendimento dei propri investimenti e come evitare di fare lo stesso errore. Esploreremo insieme tre metodi fondamentali per calcolare il rendimento di un portafoglio di investimento: il rendimento assoluto, il tasso di crescita annuale composto (CAGR) e il tasso interno di rendimento esteso (XIRR). Non lasciatevi intimorire dai termini tecnici, perché vedremo come calcolarli in modo semplice e veloce.Il rendimento assoluto è la crescita complessiva del vostro investimento in un periodo specifico. Ad esempio, se investite 1.000 euro e dopo un anno il vostro investimento vale 1.200 euro, il rendimento assoluto è del 20%.
Il CAGR vi permette di capire il tasso di crescita medio annuo del vostro investimento, considerando gli interessi composti. Ad esempio, se investite 1.000 euro e dopo 3 anni il vostro investimento vale 1.331 euro, il CAGR sarà del 10%.
Lo XIRR invece, tiene conto dei flussi di cassa irregolari, come investimenti e prelievi in momenti diversi, ed è utile per calcolare il rendimento in situazioni più complesse.
