Menanggapi hal tersebut, Presiden Joko Widodo buka suara.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com, Jokowi mengaku semua hal terkait peretasan PDN sudah dievaluasi.
Hal itu disampaikan Jokowi saat di Karawang, Jawa Barat pada Rabu (3/7).
Adapun pengevaluasian tersebut dilakukan, termasuk soal tuntutan agar Budie Arie mundur.
Jokowi juga mengatakan peretasan terhadap sistem sudah dievaluasi secara keseluruhan.
Menurut Jokowi, peretasan terhadap sistem PDN tidak boleh terulang lagi.
Selain itu, pihaknya menekankan agar seluruh data nasional memiliki back-up atau penyimpanan cadangan.
"Ya sudah kita evaluasi semuanya. Yang paling penting semuanya harus dicarikan solusinya agar tidak terjadi lagi, di back up semua data nasional kita," ungkap Jokowi.
Kemudian Jokowi menyebut serangan terhadap PDN juag terjadi di negara-negara lain.
Sehingga bukan hanya di Indonesia saja peretasan dengan menggunakan ransomware terjadi.
