JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Pakar Hukum Tata Negara Feri Amsari buka suara terkait reformasi hukum di satu tahun kepemimpinan Prabowo Subianto dan Gibran Rakabuming.Feri menilai kerusakan hukum sudah berlangsung dari peran Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo.
"Kerusakan hukum sudah berlangsung dari ayahnya Mas Gibran ya, Presiden Joko Widodo. Beliau merusak hukum sangat luar biasa sampai ke akar-akarnya. Hukum tidak lagi diperuntukkan untuk kemakmuran orang banyak, untuk bisa diterapkan oleh orang banyak, tapi hukum untuk digagas, diperuntukkan untuk kepentingan politik dan membunuh lawan politik," kata Feri di Zoomcast KompasTV Digital, Jumat (10/10/2025).
Ia pun menyinggung proses Gibran maju menjadi cawapres sarat dengan manipulasi kekuasaan.
"Ketika Presiden Prabowo berkuasa dengan anak Presiden Joko Widodo, kita tahu ini proses penuh dengan manipulasi ya. Yang sampai hari ini tidak satu pun fakta-fakta yang disampaikan oleh kami ke hadapan publik yang mampu dibantah kebenarannya. Artinya manipulasi kekuasaan itu dengan wajah dan cara hukum akan membuat hukum sulit ditegakkan karena mereka sendiri," kata Feri.
