CSD BERLIN: Regierender Bürgermeister Kai Wegner "Regenbogenflagge steht für die Grundwerte Berlins!"
Beim Christopher Street Day in Berlin feiern rund 100.000 Menschen unter dem Motto „Nie wieder still“. Die Parade startete nach einem stillen Gedenken am Denkmal für im Nationalsozialismus verfolgte Homosexuelle. Politisch sorgte Bundestagspräsidentin Julia Klöckner für Kritik, weil sie das Hissen der Regenbogenflagge am Reichstag untersagte. Bürgermeister Kai Wegner betonte Berlins Werte von Vielfalt und Toleranz und kündigte an, die Flagge werde weiter am Roten Rathaus wehen. Parallel zur CSD-Parade findet die Queer Pride (IQP) statt, bei der auch Pro-Palästina-Gruppen erwartet werden. Die Polizei kündigte robustes Einschreiten bei antisemitischen Vorfällen an. Wegner forderte, dass internationale Konflikte nicht auf Berlins Straßen ausgetragen werden.
