(Agenzia Vista) Operazione straordinaria della Polizia di Stato messa in campo dalle prime ore del pomeriggio odierno nell’area della Stazione Termini grazie al supporto del I Reparto Volo che ha perimetrato l’area. Immigrazione clandestina, spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti, reati predatori, ma anche evasione fiscale e rispetto delle norme di settore in materia di attività commerciali sono i target cui l’operazione straordinaria messa in campo è stata orientata. Gli agenti dei Reparti mobili, gli uomini dell’Ufficio Prevenzione generale e soccorso pubblico, insieme ai Reparti Prevenzione Crimine ed alle Unità cinofile antidroga hanno operato a cominciare dai ballatoi di via Giolitti, dove si è proceduto alla identificazione massiva di tutti gli abituali frequentatori degli spazi. Sotto il coordinamento dell’Ufficio Prevenzione Generale e Soccorso Pubblico e dei Commissariato di P.S. Viminale, i controlli sono proseguiti, quindi, in progressione fino a raggiungere i siti di piazza dei Cinquecento, via Manin e delle altre vie urbane che insistono a ridosso dello scalo ferroviario di Roma Termini, in cui si concentrano soggetti in condizione di marginalità. Il bilancio è di oltre 500 persone controllate, 4 arresti per reati in materia di stupefacenti e reati contro la persona ed il patrimonio e 6 denunce per reati della stessa specie e per porto abusivo di armi od oggetti atti ad offendere. 17 sono i cittadini extracomunitari accompagnati presso l’Ufficio Immigrazione per la valutazione della posizione sul territorio nazionale.Polizia
