Union und SPD wollen mit einem neuen Hausarzt-Modell die Kostenexplosion bei den Krankenkassen stoppen! Konkret geplant: Kassen-Patienten sollen immer erst zum Hausarzt gehen. Der soll – wenn nötig – zum Facharzt überweisen („Primärarztsystem“). Ziel: weniger (unnötige) Termine, schnellere Behandlungen, weniger Kosten.

Aktuell arbeitet Gesundheitsministerin Nina Warken (46) an der Reform.

Unionsfraktionsvize Albert Stegemann (49, CDU) zu BILD: „Wer das geplante Primärarztsystem auf eigene Faust umgehen will, sollte eine Gebühr dafür zahlen. Sonst gibt es keine Patientensteuerung, sondern nur eine Empfehlung. Eine Gebühr von 200 Euro pro selbst vereinbartem Facharzttermin außerhalb des Primärarztsystems halte ich für denkbar.“
