E' così che questa mattina a Caserta si è conclusa la funzione dei funerali per monsignor Raffaele Nogaro, vescovo emerito, una figura cui le persone erano molto legate per le tante battaglie combattute da presule a difesa dei diritti degli ultimi, dei migranti, contro la camorra e il malaffare, contro la mala-politica.
