(Agenzia Vista) “Insieme decreto sul Piano Casa, il Consiglio dei ministri ha approvato un disegno di legge con dichiarazione di urgenza sul tema degli sgomberi. Parliamo di un pacchetto di misure che serve a rendere più veloce e più efficace la liberazione degli immobili occupati abusivamente". Così Giorgia Meloni alla conferenza stampa a Palazzo Chigi.Il disegno di legge sugli sgomberi "introduce misure per rendere più efficace e più rapida la liberazione degli immobili occupati abusivamente, compresi i casi di scadenza del contratto di affitto o di morosità dell'affittuario. Si interviene sulle procedure di notifica e di esecuzione dello sfratto, con una riduzione dei tempi per le esecuzioni e con l'introduzione di una procedura d'urgenza che prevede l'emissione di un decreto di rilascio dell'immobile entro 15 giorni dal ricorso. Una penale per il ritardo pari all'1% del canone mensile per ogni giorno di occupazione oltre il termine fissato dal giudice". Così in un comunicato di Palazzo Chigi dopo il Consiglio dei ministri dopo aver approvato il ddl sgomberi.
