Details below.While I think Le Monarque would still pair better with this setup, I opted for Thunderlord for a slightly different loadout. Raiju's feels more or less useless on this setup, and it'd be better if I had a better Jolting Feedback weapon to make better use of it, but it's about the only exotic that pairs with Gathering Storm and I wanted to use that as a ranged option. Scout Rifle could also be replaced by a high RPM auto rifle (or trace), as its sole purpose is to trigger Voltaile explosions, which gives you a mean to proc Bolt Charge from ranged. I didn't have any good rolls, so I stuck with this instead. So overall it's not great, but it does get the job done, even if there's much more efficient setups to get this done. This is one of those GMs where it doesn't matter too much what you run anyway, as half of it can be dealt with the arc cannons.
I was planning to post the TItan video today, but I figured the Hunter run would be better suited. I'll post the Titan run tomorrow. There's also a short video I'll be posting later today.
