Luise (†12): So ein Urteil gab es in Deutschland noch nie
Der Mord an der zwölfjährigen Luise aus Freudenberg erschütterte Deutschland. Zwei damals strafunmündige Mädchen lockten ihre Freundin im März 2023 in eine Falle und töteten sie. Weil die Täterinnen strafrechtlich nicht belangt werden können, kämpften Luises Eltern vor dem Landgericht Koblenz um Gerechtigkeit. Nun sprach das Gericht 125.000 Euro Schmerzensgeld sowie weitere Kosten zu. Der Richter fand deutliche Worte für die grausame Tat und sprach von niedrigen Beweggründen sowie Heimtücke. Der Fall zeigt die Grenzen des deutschen Strafrechts bei strafunmündigen Tätern und die Verzweiflung der Angehörigen.Quelle: BILD
