❤ Bizcocho de Avena - Sin Azúcar ni Edulcorantes - Con Dátiles! Auxy 🍂✨
¿Es posible preparar un bizcocho esponjoso, dulce y delicioso sin usar azúcar refinada ni edulcorantes artificiales? ¡Totalmente! Este bizcocho de dátiles y harina de avena aprovecha todo el dulzor y la jugosidad natural de los dátiles para lograr una textura increíble y un sabor especiado perfecto para cualquier época del año. ¡Una opción real, nutritiva y perfecta para toda la familia!
Ingredientes (Molde de 1 litro | 6 raciones):
• 150 g | 15-18 dátiles deshuesados
• 150 ml de leche caliente (o bebida vegetal)
• 30ml | 3 cdas de aceite (de oliva suave o coco)
• 2 huevos
• 5 ml | 1 cidita de extracto de vainilla (o mezcla de especias otoñales: canela, nuez moscada, jengibre)
• 150 g | 1 + 1/4 taza de harina de avena (certificada sin gluten si lo necesitas)
• 5 g |1 cdita de polvo para hornear
Instrucciones: Remojar los dátiles en la leche caliente unos minutos y triturar hasta obtener un puré fino. Mezclar con el aceite, los huevos y la vainilla. Añadir la harina de avena y el polvo de hornear. Verter en el molde y hornear a 180°C durante 30-35 minutos o hasta que al pinchar salga limpio.
