MK Larang Wakil Menteri Rangkap Jabatan, Istana: Kami Pelajari Putusan Itu
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Tok! Mahkamah Konstitusi mengabulkan gugatan yang diajukan advokat Viktor Santoso dan driver online, Didi Supandi, yang meminta agar wakil menteri dilarang merangkap jabatan.MK pun mengabulkan sebagian gugatan dan resmi melarang wakil menteri merangkap jabatan sebagai pejabat negara lainnya, komisaris atau direksi perusahaan negara maupun swasta, serta pimpinan organisasi yang dibiayai APBN dan APBD.
MK memberi waktu dua tahun bagi pemerintah untuk menyesuaikan hasil keputusan ini.
Merespons putusan MK, Menteri Sekretaris Negara, Prasetyo Hadi, menyatakan pemerintah meminta waktu untuk mempelajari putusan tersebut.
Mensesneg menegaskan, pemerintah masih menunggu koordinasi dengan Presiden Prabowo terkait tindak lanjut putusan MK.
Sementara itu, Wakil Menteri Luar Negeri, Arif Havas Oegroseno, menyatakan siap mematuhi keputusan tersebut.
"Ya sudah, enggak boleh. Kan sudah ada keputusan dokumennya," ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Oegroseno menyebut untuk posisinya sebagai komisaris di Subholding Logistik Kelautan milik PT Pertamina, ia masih menunggu keputusan lebih lanjut dari perusahaan. Namun ia menegaskan tetap akan mengikuti aturan yang berlaku.
Hingga kini, masih ada 32 wakil menteri yang merangkap jabatan sebagai komisaris di perusahaan pelat merah maupun anak usahanya.
Publik pun menanti kapan pemerintah segera menjalankan putusan MK, agar para pembantu kabinet tidak lagi merangkap jabatan.
