BBC ve ajanslardan çağrı: İsrail yabancı gazetecilerin Gazze'ye girişine izin vermeli
BBC ve üç uluslararası haber ajansı, İsrail'e yabancı gazetecilerin Gazze'ye girmesine izin vermesi çağrısında bulundu.İngiliz kamu yayın kuruluşu BBC, Agence France-Presse (AFP), Associated Press (AP) ve Reuters ile birlikte bu çağrıyı içeren kısa bir video yayınladı.
Videoda "Filistinli muhabirlerin yükünü paylaşmak ve gerçekleri dünyaya hep birlikte duyurabilmek için uluslararası gazetecilerin Gazze'ye girmesine izin verilmeli" ifadeleri yer aldı.
Hamas'ın 7 Ekim 2023'teki saldırılarının ardından, İsrail'in Gazze'ye saldırı başlatmasından bu yana yabancı gazetecilerin Gazze'ye bağımsız olarak girmeleri yasak. Bugüne kadar sadece az sayıda gazeteci İsrail askerleri tarafından kontrollü olarak Gazze Şeridi'ne alındı.
İsrail ordusu daha önce gazetecilerin Gazze'de "güvenli bir şekilde haber yapabilmeleri için" ordunun "savaş alanındayken onlara eşlik ettiğini" söylemişti.
