«Si tratta di un nuovo progetto lavorativo per dare dignità e speranza di vita a chi ha sofferto tanto». Così Gino Cecchettin presenta il progetto «EmpowHER - Percorsi di inserimento lavorativo stabile per donne vittime di violenza in uscita dai percorsi di protezione». L'inziativa vuole favorire l’autonomia economica e sociale delle donne vittime di violenza delle province di Padova e Rovigo, attraverso inserimenti lavorativi stabili, sicuri e inclusivi. Per 15 donne in uscita dai percorsi di protezione e sostenute dai Centri antiviolenza e dalle Case rifugio ci sarà la possibilità di ripartire dal mondo del lavoro con il supporto di aziende sensibili e di un tutor per consolidare il percorso. Il progetto punta a elaborare un modello replicabile, documentato attraverso linee guida applicabile in altre province venete e in altri contesti territoriali.
