Sev Kardeşim, Ertem Eğilmez'in yönettiği 1972 yapımı Türk filmidir. Fabrika patronunun oğluna âşık olan bir işçi kızın öyküsü anlatılmaktadır. Senaryosunu Sadık Şendil'in yazdığı filmin başrollerinde Tarık Akan ve Hülya Koçyiğit oynamaktadır.Alev, fabrikada çalışan tüm genç kızlar gibi Ferit’e hayrandır. Ancak Ferit işçi kızların ilgisine karşılık vermez. Alev, bir gün iş arkadaşları ile bir iddiaya girer. İddiayı kazanmak için Ferit’i kendisine âşık etmesi gerekmektedir. Bu yüzden kendisi ve ailesi hakkında yalanlar söyler ve Ferit’i etkilemeyi başarır. Fakat çok geçmeden gerçek ortaya çıkar. İki gencin ailelerinin de olaylara karışmasıyla durum bambaşka bir hâl alır.
