Studiare Giurisprudenza vuol dire imparare la grammatica, la lingua, che viene parlata dal potere e da una società per stare insieme.
Studiando Giurisprudenza si impara come funzionano un sacco di cose: com'è e come si fa un contratto fra due persone, quali sono i diritti di un lavoratore, cosa dice la Costituzione italiana o come funziona il governo, il Parlamento o l'Unione Europea. O come si fa un trattato internazionale, come si difendono i diritti umani. Insomma, si imparano tutte quelle situazioni in cui magari una famiglia, un individuo, un condominio ha un problema e bisogna affrontarlo e risolverlo, cercando di capire chi ha ragione e chi ha torto. Ma si impara soprattutto un modo di guardare i problemi, di modo che nuovi problemi arriveranno, nuove questioni emergeranno e voi avrete imparato un metodo per prendere nuove leggi, studiarle e risolvere nuovi problemi, proporre nuove soluzioni. Ci vuole anche un po' di fantasia e capacità di guardare avanti.
