Non credo sia mai successo", aggiunge, ricordando come solo dopo la proclamazione sarà possibile firmare il decreto di nomina poiché solo tre possono essere gli assessori non eletti. Secondo Cirio, questa urgenza è necessaria "perché il Piemonte ha bisogno di risposte". In merito alla sua rielezione, sottolinea come "la fiducia che abbiamo ricevuto, è consapevole, e quindi ci dà più responsabilità".
