Upaya untuk menstabilkan harga melalui gencarnya gerakan pangan murah, yang belum banyak berpengaruh terhadap harga beras.
Harga beras yang masih mahal berdampak pada daya beli masyarakat. Tidak sedikit warga yang mengurangi pembelian.
Meski pasokan beras di Kota Gorontalo masih tersedia, baik dari petani lokal maupun pasokan luar daerah, kestabilan harga masih menjadi tantangan.
Pemerintah diharapkan lebih cepat menekan harga beras, agar tidak semakin membebani masyarakat.
