Trump Headlines: Potential Iran deal, UFC Fight, Kennedy Center & more

President Donald Trump says that a deal to end the Iran war would be signed on Sunday and the Strait of Hormuz would reopen immediately afterward.

Reports of a potential deal come just one day before the highly anticipated UFC fight at the White House and Trump's 80th birthday.

LiveNOW's Austin Westfall discusses those headlines and more with Will Weissert from The Associated Press.

IRAN:
President Donald Trump posted that a deal to end the Iran war would be signed on Sunday and the Strait of Hormuz would reopen immediately afterward. Iran, on the other hand, appeared optimistic Saturday that an agreement would be finalized in the coming days, but claimed, "it will not happen tomorrow."

UFC:
The nation's capital is gearing up as the Ultimate Fighting Championship brings its Freedom250 fight and Fan Fest to the White House in June. The National Park Service, in coordination with the United States Secret Service, is enforcing a massive perimeter shutdown around the White House to ensure security, facilitate staging and manage the massive influx of ticketed guests.

KENNEDY CENTER:
A judge has blocked a request from the Kennedy Center board to pause a ruling that would remove President Donald Trump's name from the building.
In December, the board voted to rename the center, adding Trump's name, and installed signage on the building the next day.
