🌟 About This Experience
At OSS AYUGAN in Bangkok, I started with a 10-minute 51°C (124°F) volcanic sand bath featuring a 6-hand sand scrub and Tibetan sound bowls, losing 0.4 kg (0.9 lbs). Next, my physiotherapist treated my stiff lower back and shoulder office syndrome using deep Tuina thumb and elbow techniques, heated bags, ultrasound therapy, and stretching—releasing hidden knots I didn't know I had.
Why this place is special:
✓ 51°C (124°F) volcanic sand bath, 6-hand scrub & physiotherapy in one venue
✓ Skilled physio combining Tuina thumb/elbow work, heated bags & ultrasound
✓ Peaceful acoustics with Tibetan sound bowls and real spa sounds
