MALAYSIA, KOMPAS.TV - Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim, mengumumkan bahwa Thailand dan Kamboja telah sepakat melakukan gencatan senjata tanpa syarat mulai Senin malam, 28 Juli 2025 pukul 24.00 waktu setempat.Kesepakatan dicapai usai pertemuan tiga pemimpin negara di Putrajaya, Malaysia. Dalam konferensi pers bersama, disampaikan pula mekanisme pelaksanaan dan pengawasan gencatan senjata tersebut.
Langkah ini dianggap penting untuk mengembalikan stabilitas dan kedamaian di kawasan. Sebagai Ketua ASEAN saat ini, Malaysia siap memimpin tim pemantau dan menjamin komunikasi berkelanjutan antara para perdana menteri, menteri luar negeri, dan menteri pertahanan kedua negara.
