19 листопада Росія завдала удару по промисловому об'єкту та двох житлових будинках у Тернополі. Внаслідок ранкової атаки армії РФ загинули 25 людей, серед яких 3 дітей.73 людини, серед яких – 16 дітей, отримали поранення. Наймолодшому – лише три місяці. Усіх малюків із опіками, пораненнями та отруєнням продуктами горіння госпіталізували до обласної дитячої лікарні, троє перебувають у важкому стані. У міську лікарню швидкої допомоги шпиталізовано понад 30 поранених. Постраждалі є в інших лікарнях міста. Рятувально-пошукові роботи тривають.
У зв'язку з трагічними подіями у Тернополі 19-21 листопада оголошені днями жалоби.
За даними Повітряних сил ЗСУ, у ніч на 19 листопада сили РФ завдали комбінованого удару по об’єктах критичної інфраструктури України із застосуванням 476 ударних БпЛА та 48 ракет повітряного та наземного базування. Основний напрямок удару РФ – Львівщина, Тернопільщина, Харківщина.
