為什麼有些能力，光看書學不會？｜匠人精神與真實的體感【一天聽一點261105】
匠人精神，是為了把事情做好，願意親自投入，讓實際的結果修正自己的做法。學溝通、做決策，也需要這份精神。知識要變成用得出來的能力，有三個重要過程：
一、看人做，學會判斷。
食譜寫「炒出香味」，親眼看人做一遍，你才知道該留意什麼、何時轉小火。學溝通也是：除了問什麼，更要看他怎麼等、聽到什麼才追問。這些細節，光抄下句子就漏掉了。
二、自己做，看見習慣。
你知道要讓人把話說完，對方一停，你卻急著給建議。本來要練傾聽，最後又講得比對方多。真正做過，才知道自己需要練的，可能是承受那幾秒鐘的安靜。
三、有回饋，才能修正。
自己覺得表達得很好，對方未必這樣接收。有人指出你在哪裡搶話、帶入預設，你才能調整、重試。缺少核對，反覆練習也可能只是把舊習慣練得更熟。
這就是好的實體課程重要的地方：透過示範、演練與現場回饋，讓你看見自己做了什麼，以及下一次能怎麼改。
