La psicóloga Sandra Ferrer explora cómo nuestras vivencias tempranas moldean nuestra forma de relacionarnos y cómo la intimidad activa heridas que muchas veces desconocemos. Nuestro cerebro es predictivo, genera esquemas para sobrevivir y luego los repite incluso cuando ya no nos sirven. Por eso, en los vínculos íntimos proyectamos lo que nos faltó, buscamos en otros aquello que no recibimos y reproducimos roles que aprendimos sin darnos cuenta.
Sandra Ferrer Herranz es psicóloga especializada en trauma, apego y vínculos afectivos. Como cofundadora de Programa Mía, su trabajo se centra en comprender cómo las experiencias tempranas influyen en la forma en que nos relacionamos y en las heridas que la intimidad puede activar en la vida adulta.
