Di sisi lain, ia melihat ada pertimbangan risiko bagi para traders.
"Kalau sebagai seorang traders, dia mengatakan, oh kalau begitu saya masuk ke Amerika dulu. Kenapa? Karena merasa bahwa secara risk dunia, ini lebih tinggi dibanding Amerika."
Lebih lanjut Arsjad mengatakan, secara fundamental, makroekonomi Indonesia baik.
Suku bunga the Federal Reserve atau the Fed yang dipastikan tidak akan turun seperti yang diharapkan pasar, yakni sebanyak empat hingga lima kali di tahun ini.
Ekspektasi pasar yang menimbulkan kekacauan ilmiah menjadi salah satu penyebab menguatnya dolar AS atau rupiah mengalami depresiasi.
