Meski demikian, Houthi tak menjelaskan detail terkait senjata yang akan digunakan untuk meluncurkan serangan ke target Israel.
Kepala Dewan Politik Tertinggi Houthi, Mahdi Al-Mashat menyatakan, serangan tersebut akan dihadapi Houthi hingga rezim Zionis menghentikan serangannya dan mencabut blokade di Gaza.
"Agresi kriminal ini hanya akan mendorong kita lebih jauh," tegas Mahdi Al-Mashat, kepala Dewan Politik Tertinggi Houthi, yang mengunjungi lokasi tersebut, kepada kantor berita Saba yang berafiliasi dengan Houthi.
Sebelumnya, Israel menghancurkan satu-satunya pesawat komersial yang dijadwalkan mengangkut jemaah haji menuju Tanah Suci, pasca-tiga pesawat lainnya hancur dalam serangan terakhir.
Lantas, serangan ini membuat keberangkatan puluhan jemaah haji asal Yaman pada 2025 dibatalkan.
Beruntungnya, tak ada korban jiwa dalam insiden tersebut.
Namun, pesawat komersial Yemenia Airways dan landasan pacu bandara Sanaa mengalami kerusakan parah.
