Pembacaan tuntutan disampaikan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) KPK pada sidang yang digelar hari ini, Kamis (3/7/2025) di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta.
Hasto merupakan terdakwa kasus dugaan merintangi penyidikan kasus dugaan suap dengan tersangka Harun Masiku.
Hasto diduga telah menghalangi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menangkap Harun Masiku, yang jadi buron sejak 2020.
Hasto diduga memberikan perintah pada Harun untuk berada di kantor DPP PDIP agar tak terlacak KPK dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) pada 8 Januari 2020.
Termasuk Hasto diduga memerintahkan Harun Masiku merendam handphone agar tak terlacak KPK.
Sehingga aksi Hasto tersebut diduga membuat Harun Masiku belum tertangkap hingga saat ini.
Jaksa juga mendakwa Hasto menyuap mantan Komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan Rp 600 juta.
Jaksa mengatakan suap itu diberikan agar Wahyu Setiawan mengurus penetapan pergantian antarwaktu anggota DPR periode 2019-2024 dengan tersangka Harun Masiku.
Hasto didakwa bersama-sama dengan orang kepercayaanya yakni Donny Tri Istiqomah, Saeful Bahri dan Harun Masiku memberikan uang sejumlah 57.350 ribu Dollar Singapura (SGD) setara dengan Rp683,4 juta kepada mantan anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Wahyu Setiawan.
Uang tersebut diberikan kepada Wahyu agar KPU bisa mengupayakan menyetujui pergantian calon anggota legislatif terpilih dari daerah pemilihan Sumatera Selatan 1 atas nama Riezky Aprilia kepada Harun Masiku.
