Hi guys, today i tried an incredible japanese stretching full body massage for better range of mobility. The therapist was very professional, he first measure the opening of my arms at maximum stretch to see the range of mobility, then he started a 60 minutes massage that included stretching techniques for the upper body and lower body, including arms and legs. Lastly we re checked the range of mobility and found out that it almost doubled!
