华为"韬定律"比1.4nm更重要
5月25日，华为何庭波在IEEE ISCAS 2026发表主题演讲，同日在ChinaXiv发布署名论文《A Time Scaling Theory for Multi-Layer Electronic Systems》，正式提出"韬（τ）定律"——以"时间缩微"替代"几何缩微"，作为后摩尔时代半导体演进的新指导原则。这期视频用最简单的大白话，把论文的核心概念讲清楚：τ是什么、LogicFolding怎么验证的、Unified Bus/Hi-ONE/3D Folding三件事在AI数据中心怎么协同、论文自己列出的五个开放挑战是什么。然后说为什么这比一次芯片工艺突破更重要——这是一次全栈重构的尝试，是和动IPv4一样难的事。
论文中有一句话："competitive performance no longer requires perpetual residence on the leading edge of lithography." 我们就以这句话为起点，聊聊韬定律对"被封锁"这件事意味着什么，以及为什么中国有可能因祸得福。
