Es droht eine Klagewelle mit Rückforderungen in dreistelliger Milliardenhöhe. Eine Reaktion der EU steht aus. Im vergangenen Sommer hatten sich beide Seiten auf 15 Prozent Zölle für EU-Exporte bei ausgesetzten Gegenmaßnahmen verständigt. Ob dieses Abkommen nach dem Urteil noch trägt, ist offen. Für die Autoindustrie bringt das Urteil keine Entlastung. Sektorenzölle bleiben in Kraft. Es bleibt bei 15 Prozent. Ökonomen warnen vor weiterem Schaden für ein Exportland wie Deutschland. Die deutsche Wirtschaft schwächelt. Mehr Unsicherheit belastet Unternehmen. Berlin und Brüssel müssen sich auf neue Zölle und mögliche Gegenmaßnahmen einstellen.
