BAHAN-BAHAN
Bahan Ayam Perap:
500g tender ayam
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
1 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk paprika
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk bawang putih
3 sudu besar buttermilk
1 biji telur
1 sudu kecil serbuk pati ayam, optional
Bahan Tepung Salutan:
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil serbuk paprika
1 sudu kecil serbuk bawang putih
1 sudu kecil serbuk bawang, optional
1 sudu kecil serbuk lada putih
1 sudu kecil garam, lebihkan jika perlu
1 sudu kecil serbuk pati ayam
Bahan Sos Creamy Garlic:
4-5 sudu besar mayonis
1 sudu kecil pes bawang putih
1 sudu kecil jus lemon
2 sudu kecil madu
1 sudu kecil mustard, optional
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam
Secubit garam
INGREDIENTS
Chicken Marinade:
500g chicken tenders
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp chicken stock powder, optional
Coating Flour:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder, optional
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp salt, add more if needed
1 tsp chicken stock powder
Creamy Garlic Sauce:
4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard, optional
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
A pinch of salt
