China afirma que ha tomado medidas profesionales y moderadas contra los barcos filipinos que se adentran ilegalmente en el arrecife de Ren'ai.
"Filipinas, a pesar de la disuasión de China, insistió en invadir el arrecife Ren'ai de China en las islas Nansha, lo que fue la causa directa de este incidente. Filipinas ha afirmado en repetidas ocasiones que transporta artículos de primera necesidad, pero en realidad ha estado contrabandeando materiales de construcción e incluso armas y municiones en un intento de ocupar el arrecife Ren'ai. China insta a Filipinas a poner fin inmediatamente a sus acciones infractoras y provocadoras.
