MA Perberat Hukuman Eks Dirut Pertamina Karen Agustiawan Jadi 13 Tahun Penjara | Narasi Daily
Hal itu tertuang dalam putusan perkara nomor 1076 K/PID.SUS/2025 yang diketok majelis kasasi Mahkamah Agung (MA) pada Jumat (28/2/2025). MA menolak kasasi yang diajukan Karen."Pidana penjara 13 tahun," sebagaimana dikutip dari situs resmi MA. Karen juga dihukum membayar denda Rp650 juta subsider 6 bulan penjara.
Pada pengadilan tingkat pertama di PN Jakarta Pusat, 24 Juni 2024, Karen Kardinah alias Karen Agustiawan divonis 9 tahun dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan gas alam cair atau liquefied natural gas (LNG) tahun 2011-2021. Ia juga dihukum membayar denda Rp500 juta 3 bulan kurungan.
Lalu, Pengadilan Tinggi (PT) DKI Jakarta melalui putusan banding yang dibacakan pada 30 Agustus 2024, menguatkan vonis PN Jakarta Pusat.
