Kecelakaan Tragis di Malaysia, 15 Mahasiswa UPSI Tewas di Jalur Timur-Barat, Idul Adha Berakhir Duka

Sebuah bus yang mengangkut rombongan mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) bertabrakan dengan kendaraan jenis Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV).
Hingga menyebabkan sedikitnya 15 mahasiswa meninggal dunia.
Dikutip dari kantor berita Bernama, total korban yang terlibat dalam kecelakaan ini mencapai 48 orang.
Terdiri dari 42 mahasiswa, satu sopir bus, satu pendamping, serta empat penumpang MPV.
Penyelidikan awal dari Kepolisian Perak menyatakan bahwa kecelakaan terjadi ketika bus menabrak bagian belakang MPV, yang menyebabkan bus terguling dan MPV keluar jalur hingga masuk ke parit.
Polisi masih terus melakukan investigasi untuk mengungkap kemungkinan kelalaian dari pihak pengemudi bus.
