Kebakaran terjadi diduga akibat salah satu penghuni menyalakan obat nyamuk bakar.
Satu orang yang merupakan penyandang disabilitas tewas akibat terjebak kebakaran.
Api dapat dipadamkan sekitar 1 jam kemudian.
