Dari data terbaru, BNPB mengumumkan sudah menemukan total 14 korban meninggal dunia.
Dir Ops Basarnas Laksamana Pertama TNI Yudhi Bramantyo dalam jumpa pers pada Sabtu pagi menjelaskan, jenazah ke-14 ditemukan oleh petugas pada Jumat (3/12) malam.
Jenazah korban ditemukan setelah dilakukan pengerahan alat berat untuk menyingkirkan material bangunan.
Menurut Yudhi, jenazah korban ditemukan sekira pukul 22.30 WIB.
Lebih lanjut Yudhi mengatakan bahwa Basarnas akan memperketat koordinasi penggunaan alat berat dalam proses pencarian korban.
Yudho menjelaskan, ada beberapa titik yang sebaiknya tak digarap alat berat tapi dilakukan secara manual.
Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) Suharyanto dalam kesempatan yang sama mengungkapkan, diperkirakan masih ada 49 korban yang terjebak reruntuhan.
Hingga kini total keseluruhan korban akibat tragedi ambruknya bangunan ponpes tersebut tercatat mencapai 117 orang.
Terdiri atas 103 orang selamat, dan 14 orang meninggal dunia.
