Russia to Induct New Submarine Armed With 32 Hypersonic Missiles | Vantage on Firstpost | 4K
The Kremlin has announced that the Russian Navy will induct at least 20 warships before the year ends. This includes destroyers, missile cruisers and submarines. Russia will also induct the Perm nuclear-powered submarine this year. The Perm belongs to the Yasen-M class and has been specially designed to launch the Zircon Hypersonic cruise missiles. The Perm can carry upto 32 Zircon missiles. Meanwhile, Russia is working to transform other Yasen-M class submarines into Hypersonic missile carriers. The missile can travel upto speeds of Mach 9 and has been used in combat against Ukraine. Due to its hypersonic glide vehicle warhead, the Zircon can shift its trajectory mid-flight, making it impossible to intercept.Meanwhile, an Iranian media outlet affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Tasnim News Agency, has published an AI-generated video titled "Where to Kill Melania?!" depicting assassination scenarios involving U.S. First Lady Melania Trump.
