On a recent live video inspection, we caught a small HVAC installation mistake that could have turned a properly designed room into a noisy one.
The duct liner was installed in the wrong part of the assembly. It looked harmless, but it could have restricted airflow and created the exact HVAC noise the design was meant to prevent.
