Tak Hanya Pati, Warga Cirebon Protes Kenaikan PBB Capai 1.000 Persen
CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Sejumlah warga Kota Cirebon yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban Pelangi Cirebon menuntut Wali Kota Cirebon untuk membatalkan kenaikan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB).Mereka menilai kenaikan PBB yang telah ditetapkan mencapai 1.000 persen dari nilai sebelumnya meresahkan masyarakat.
"PBB harus turun seperti tahun 2023, dengan Perda No 1 Tahun 2024 PBB naik seluruh merata minimal 150 persen sampai 1.000 persen itu terdampak oleh sahabat kami," ujar jubir Paguyuban Pelangi Cirebon, Hetta Mahendrati di Cirebon, Rabu (13/8/2025).
Sementara itu, salah satu warga bernama Darma Suryapranata mengaku kaget saat membayar PBB mengalami kenaikan signifikan.
"Waktu saya ambil saya kaget masa Rp65 juta. Tahun 2023 hanya Rp6,2 juta, tahun 2024 Rp65 juta, kenaikannya 10 kali lebih, 1.000 persen," ujar Darma.
