As I said many times when the game first came out, I absolutely loved this game. The gameplay is excellent and the boss fights and combat were very enjoyable. Since then I haven't really played it too much as I didn't have a reason to, but with the Zenith update releasing yesterday it seemed like the perfect time to jump back in.
The boss rush mode is fun, but also surprising how strange the blue tint feels on some of the bosses. Especially so with the lucenite being blue also, it sort of blends in the blue projectiles so maybe I'd be better if I changed some of the colours around.
I was planning to post a run of this yesterday when initially released, but my recordings kept cutting out from my capture card at the time and had to wait until today to fix it. A lot of the bosses I still had a decent idea of their attack patterns from months ago too, but some still caught me out. I think if I was more familiar with the game still I'd go for a no damage full clear, but for now I just wanted to post one of my early clears and I'll see if I go back for that.
Either way I'll be checking out the eclipse layers to see if there's any extra secrets or maybe a hidden unexpected boss. Probably not, but one can hope.
