Dalam video yang beredar pada Senin(25/7/2025), pria bernama Satria Arta Kumbara tampak menangis sambil memohon kepada Presiden Prabowo Subianto agar diizinkan kembali ke Indonesia.
Menanggapi hal ini, Wakil Ketua Komisi I DPR RI, Andreas Hugo Pareira, menyatakan keprihatinannya.
Ia menyebut tindakan tersebut tidak lazim dan bisa melanggar ketentuan hukum nasional.
Menurut Andreas, bergabungnya seorang prajurit Indonesia dengan tentara negara asing bukan hanya pelanggaran etika militer, namun juga bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Kewarganegaraan.
Andreas juga menyoroti kemungkinan pelanggaran terhadap sumpah Sapta Marga dan sistem keprajuritan Indonesia yang tidak mengenal konsep tentara bayaran.
Atas dasar tersebut, ia meminta pemerintah melalui Kementerian Luar Negeri serta satuan asal prajurit, yakni Korps Marinir, untuk segera melakukan investigasi mendalam.
Satria diketahui telah kehilangan status kewarganegaraannya.
Meski begitu, ia masih berharap bisa kembali ke Indonesia setelah mengalami kondisi yang sulit di Rusia.
