NAHOST-ESKALATION: Ölpreis schießt um 14 Prozent nach oben! OPEC will Preisschock am Markt bremsen!

Nach der Eskalation im Nahen Osten sind die Ölpreise deutlich gestiegen. Der Preis für ein Barrel Brent-Öl legte zeitweise um bis zu 14 Prozent zu und kletterte auf 82,37 US-Dollar. Damit erreichte er den höchsten Stand seit Januar 2025. Inzwischen ist der Preis zwar wieder leicht gesunken, bleibt jedoch weiterhin deutlich erhöht. Auslöser sind vor allem die Sorgen um die Straße von Hormus. Durch die Meerenge am Persischen Golf wird rund ein Fünftel des weltweiten Öltransports abgewickelt. Das iranische Regime schränkte den Schiffsverkehr dort zuletzt stark ein, teilweise nahezu vollständig. Das Ölkartell OPEC kündigte daraufhin an, die Fördermenge zu erhöhen, um starke Preissprünge zu begrenzen.
