[FULL] Kompolnas & Pakar soal Kasus Pagar Laut: Kades Kohod Ditahan, Siapa Dalang Utamanya?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Bareskrim Mabes Polri resmi menahan Kepala Desa Kohod bersama tiga tersangka lainnya terkait kasus pemalsuan dokumen SHGB dan SHM di wilayah Pagar Laut, Tangerang.Arsin ditahan setelah menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka selama tujuh jam oleh penyidik Bareskrim pada Senin kemarin.
Ada empat tersangka yang ditahan, yakni Arsin selaku Kepala Desa Kohod, Ujang selaku Sekretaris Desa Kohod, serta dua tersangka lainnya yang berperan sebagai penerima kuasa.
Polisi menyebut penahanan Kepala Desa Kohod dilakukan untuk mencegah tersangka melarikan diri dan menghilangkan barang bukti.
Untuk mengusut tuntas dalang kasus Pagar Laut, Tangerang, kita akan membahasnya bersama Ghufroni, Ketua Riset dan Advokasi Publik LBH-APP Muhammadiyah, serta Yusuf Warshim, anggota Kompolnas.
