Viral! Keluarga Pasien Ngamuk di RS Muna Barat, Sebut Ambulans Tak Disediakan

KOMPAS.TV - Keluarga seorang pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Muna Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara, mengamuk karena lambatnya pelayanan saat hendak merujuk pasien ke rumah sakit lain di Kendari.

Pihak rumah sakit menyebut telah melakukan sesuai prosedur dalam melayani pasien.

Keluarga seorang pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas mengamuk di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Muna Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara.

Mereka mengamuk dan melemparkan kursi ke petugas rumah sakit yang sedang jaga di UGD RSUD Muna Barat.

Keluarga pasien mengaku kecewa dengan pelayanan yang lamban, sedangkan kondisi pasien dinilai kritis dan harus segera dirujuk ke rumah sakit di Kendari.

Namun, meski telah membayar biaya administrasi dan uang jaminan, ambulans tak kunjung datang, sehingga mereka melampiaskan emosi.

Direktur RSUD Muna Barat bilang, pihaknya telah melakukan pelayanan sesuai SOP terhadap pasien. Ia menilai pasien dalam kondisi stabil.

Ia juga membantah tidak ada ambulans yang akan membawa pasien ke Kendari.

Meski sempat terjadi ketegangan, akhirnya pasien dirujuk ke Kendari untuk mendapat penanganan medis lebih lanjut.
