China amplía la política de compras libres de impuestos en Hainan

China anunció nuevas medidas para ampliar la política de compras libres de impuestos en la provincia insular de Hainan. Esta decisión, que entrará en vigor el uno de noviembre, ofrecerá más beneficios a los consumidores y abarcará nuevas categorías de productos.

Durante la Semana Dorada por el Día Nacional, las tiendas libres de impuestos de Hainan registraron un auge en las ventas. Ahora, la nueva política busca reforzar ese impulso.

La lista actualizada incluye 47 categorías de productos, entre ellas artículos para mascotas, instrumentos musicales portátiles y pequeños electrodomésticos.

Los viajeros mayores de 18 años, incluidos los residentes de Hainan, podrán comprar hasta 100.000 yuanes, unos 14.000 dólares estadounidenses, al año libres de impuestos.

La medida coincide con la preparación del puerto de libre comercio de Hainan para iniciar una operación aduanera especial en diciembre. Los expertos del sector anticipan un futuro prometedor.

Los visitantes de 86 países pueden entrar ahora a Hainan sin visado. Los hoteles ya prevén un aumento de turistas a medida que se acerca la puesta en marcha oficial del puerto de libre comercio.
