AfD-Verbot: Kann der Vorstoß von 1000 Juristen klappen?
Mehr als 1.000 Anwälte, Richter und Staatsanwälte haben einen offenen Brief des Republikanischen Anwältinnen- und Anwältevereins (RAV) unterzeichnet, der ein AfD-Verbotsverfahren anstrebt. Der neue Vorstoß stützt sich auf ein umfangreiches Gutachtes der Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte (GFF). Der RAV ist sich durchaus bewusst, dass ihr Vorstoß vor den Landtagswahlen schwierig ist und das Verfahren ohnehin mehrere Jahre dauern würde. Sie sieht in dem Offenen Brief mehr als eine Signalwirkung. Es sei wichtig, Haltung zu zeigen.Kapitel:
