Televisión estatal confirma casos de dengue en Cuba debido a la alta infestación de mosquitos. Pinar del Río y Santiago de Cuba presentan una situación compleja. Diarreas, Chikungunya y otros padecimientos también preocupan al pueblo. “Es verdad que el momento es un poco complejo”, dice el epidemiólogo Francisco Durán.Dengue, diarrea, chikungunya, cáncer sin tratamiento, hospitales colapsados… y aún así te dicen que “todo está bajo control”.
En este episodio, queda al desnudo el desastre sanitario que vive el pueblo cubano mientras el régimen finge control, miente con cifras maquilladas y habla de mosquitos como si fueran el único problema.
Pacientes con cáncer tienen que esperar hasta diciembre por tratamientos que podrían salvarles la vida. Los niños reciben la vacuna contra la polio, pero se acuestan sin comer.
Todo esto mientras altos funcionarios de salud pública se pasean por la TV con guantes blancos, diciendo que “no hay casos graves”.
