Washington says the fleet of over 50 tankers is used to transport Iranian and Russian oil, generating billions in revenue. Iran condemned the move as “malicious,” accusing the U.S. of targeting its economy and people. Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to strongly criticise India and Russia, calling both their economies “dead.” He said the U.S. does very little business with the two countries and called for continued economic separation.
