Ia diduga terlibat peredaran narkoba di dalam rutan Salemba.
Harapan Ammar Zoni bebas dari penjara, pada Januari tahun depan pun pupus.
Bahkan pihak rutan kini mencabut hak Ammar Zoni untuk mengajukan pembebasan bersyarat.
Ammar Zoni memiliki sejarah panjang terkait kasus narkoba, kini telah mencapai empat kali keterlibatan sejak tahun 2017.
Pada 2017, ia ditangkap di kawasan Depok terkait kepemilikan ganja.
Kala itu ia harus menjalani rehabilitasi di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat (RSKO) Cibubur selama hampir satu tahun.
Kemudian pada 2023, ia kembali ditangkap pihak kepolisian di Sentul, Bogor terkait sabu.
Kasus narkoba keduanya ini membuat Ammar Zoni dihukum 7 bulan penjara.
Ia kemudian bebas pada 4 Oktober 2023.
Lalu, Ammar Zoni ditangkap atas kasus narkoba untuk ketiga kalinya pada penghujung tahun 2023.
Dia ditangkap di salah satu apartemen di BSD Tangerang pada Selasa, 12 Desember 2023.
Ia diamankan dengan barang bukti berupa 4 paket sabu berat 4,6 gram, 1 paket daun ganja berat 1,32 gram, 1 buah cangklong, 1 kertas untuk konsumsi ganja, timbangan elektronik, dan 1 unit HP.
Di pengadilan tingkat pertama, Ammar Zoni dijatuhi hukuman 3 tahun penjara.
Namun, pada tingkat banding, hukuman bintang sinetron 7 Manusia Harimau diperberat menjadi 4 tahun penjara.
