Mereka mengikuti kegiatan retreat atau pembekalan yang berlangsung selama beberapa hari.
Para peserta kompak mengenakan seragam Komcad lengkap dengan sepatu PDL yang terlihat mengkilap.
Sebelum memasuki Akmil, kepala daerah terlebih dahulu transit di Wisma Sumbing untuk membentuk barisan.
Proses ini berlangsung hingga pukul 15.48 WIB sebelum belasan bus mengangkut mereka dari lapangan Rindam IV/Diponegoro.
Sementara itu, Gubernur Maluku Utara, Sherly Tjoanda, mengaku nyaman memakai seragam loreng tersebut.
"Seru dan keren," ujarnya.
Ia pun mempersiapkan diri dengan berolahraga, makan cukup, dan menjaga istirahat.
Selain Sherly, hadir pula Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Ahmad Luthfi, dan Gubernur Sumatra Utara, Bobby Nasution.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Ahmad Luthfi memaparkan berbagai program kerjanya kepada peserta retreat.
